RE: Elementary Report Cards

As we did when e-teacher was introduced in the Board a few years ago, we are asking you to respond to the following questions. Your input regarding e-teacher went toward working with the Board to solve problems experienced in accessing the program, inputting and saving information, etc. Samples from some the calls we have received to this point are included.
- What are the issues with the elementary report card program? (i.e. timely training and
written documentation; program down for a time on Friday/Saturday; length of time
to move from one student report to the next.)
- What is working well? (i.e. site reps accessible, but some also struggling with the
program)
- What assistance is required? (i.e technical and program assistance after hours and on
weekends)
