OTIP LTD FLEX REVIEW

Staff representatives, please remember to collect LTD Flex Review Change Forms from any teacher who wishes to change their LTD option. These forms, along with the confidential list of teachers at your school, should be put in the mail by tomorrow,

Negotiations, with the Board, resume on Monday, October 18th and Tuesday, October 19th, 2004.

OECTA MEMBERSHIP LIST UPDATE 2004-05

Reps should have received this package from Provincial Office. Please have your teachers check for the accuracy of the information on the membership list, add new member(s) information, and indicate names of members who need membership cards. Forward the lists along with the OECTA School and Representative Information Form to the Unit Office in Kemptville, NOT directly to Provincial Office in Toronto.
The Unit Office will then return the completed packages to the Provincial Office.
