Notice to Elementary Teachers

Your contractual rights provide for 190 minutes prep time per week; 75% of the first or third PA day; 75% of the last PA day; 50% of the Board designated day in the fall and 2 early dismissal days.

This year teachers were granted 75% of the first PA day held on August 31, 2007. As such, you do not have 75% of the PA day tomorrow.

If you did not receive this time in August or have any other concerns please contact either Barb or I.

Curling Bonspiel

A reminder to teachers that the OECTA and Friends Bonspiel will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at the Smiths Falls Curling and Squash Club.

Contact the Unit Office if you are interested in participating in this event – either with a team or as an individual.
